Honors and Awards

Honors and awards are recognized in the following ways:

President's List
The President's List is designed to recognize all students who earn a grade point average of 4.0 for the semester.

Dean’s List
The Dean’s List is designed to recognize all students who earn a grade point average of 3.5 -3.999 for the semester.

A/B Honor Roll
The A/B Honor Roll honors students who earn a grade of B or higher in every course taken during the given semester.

Learning College of the Semester and Awards Day Ceremonies
Students are formally recognized each year for their excellence in scholarship, leadership, citizenship, and service. The Learning College of the Semester Awards ceremony is held near the end of the fall semester, and the Awards Day ceremony is held near the end of the spring semester.

During Commencement ceremonies, various honors and distinctions are acknowledged, with some recorded on transcripts. These recognitions may include, but are not limited to:

• Global Distinction

• Graduation Marshals

• Graduation with Honors

• Graduation with High Honors
